Teens can also ask their parents for driving lessons if they're not grounded. It's a fast way to improve relationship with the target. It's similar to social groups from Late Night, other than the fact that teens can't issue any "woo hoo" commands.

It doesn't have a tremendous impact on gameplay, especially if the target is an AI-controlled Sim rather than yours. For example, any teen can do a "Shun" social interaction to any other, which basically causes the target to be ignored. It's not a social overhaul, but there are a few interactions that are exclusive to teens socializing with other teens. Teens have a lot more interactions with each other now as well.
